Encouraged & Equipped, DOXOLOGY – December 5, 2026
Memorial Lutheran Church
5800 Westheimer Rd.
Houston, TX 77057
On December 5, 2026, Memorial Lutheran Church in Houston, TX, will be hosting “ENCOURAGED & EQUIPPED,” a conference of DOXOLOGY: The Lutheran Center for Spiritual Care and Counsel in partnership with The LCMS.
At this event, pastors, commission workers, lay leaders, and all those who love the Lord and His Church will reflect on the questions:
What does it mean for a parish to flourish?
What might it mean for the congregation’s workers to flourish in the work they have been given?
ENCOURAGED & EQUIPPED will focus lay leaders and church workers on our
Lord’s design for congregations as distributors of the means of grace. When a congregation is renewed in her focus, unity, clarity of purpose, and gratitude for the blessings of parishes, pastors, workers, and laity serving others, it invigorates the saints in the mission to nurture souls both in and beyond our congregations.
There is no cost to attend this conference. More information and registration are available at https://www.doxology.us/event/2026-encouraged-equipped-dec-tx-conference/. Registration is open until 20 November.
