The Texas District Treasurer’s Office is pleased to announce a one-day workshop for Congregation Officers, Treasurers, and Business Managers focusing on effective financial leadership.

This workshop will be held on Saturday, September 27th, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Texas District Mission Support Center located at 1221 Satellite View in Round Rock, TX.

The agenda will cover essential tools and techniques for financial leadership, including best practices, stewardship materials, and asset tracking. Attendees will also learn about valuable resources available through the Texas District and Synod.

A dedicated session will explore the potential impact of artificial intelligence on financial leadership, society, and ministry. We are pleased to welcome representatives from Concordia Plan Services and the Texas District Church Extension Fund who will contribute their expertise to the discussion.

A continental breakfast will be available starting at 8:30 a.m., with coffee, morning snacks, lunch, and refreshments provided throughout the day.
