Church Workers

The Texas District extends calls through its churches and other ministries to rostered church workers of The Lutheran Church – Missouri Synod (LCMS).

The Church Workers section provides information on traditional and non-traditional routes to becoming a church worker for the LCMS. This section also contains information for existing church workers regarding the Care and Coaching Team (a free counseling service), ethical guidelines, district financial aid, sabbatical guidelines, and retirement.
