We invite you to take part in the upcoming 2018 Texas District Convention as a vendor. The Texas District of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod will hold its 61st district convention from Thursday, June 14 through Saturday, June 16, 2018 at the Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel in Irving.

For your information, the event details are listed below:

Date: Thursday, June 14- Saturday June 16, 2018

Location: Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport Hotel, 4545 W John Carpenter Fwy,

Irving, TX 75063

Suggested arrival time to set up display: 9 a.m. on Thursday, June 14, 2018

Display hours: There are no formal display hours but recommend staffing your display as often as possible, especially during lunch and social hours, and after sessions.

Participation fee: $135- $165 based on location

Exhibit tables are 6’ x 30” and will be draped or skirted with two chairs available. More than one table may be reserved if desired. Exhibitors are responsible for making their own hotel arrangements. There are many hotels nearby should you wish to stay somewhere other than at the Westin.

If your registration is canceled for any reason, there will be a processing fee deducted from the refunded amount.
